Since founding his company in 2003, Paul has built global recognition while expanding his business into a diversified company with four divisions: Business Development; Real Estate Development; Business Consultation; and Technology.
Bernard brings to the Board of Directors a background in environmental services and regulations. As the Business Development Manager for an Environmental Company, he provides technical and innovative environmental options to his clients. Bernard held other positions previously as a senior recruiter advisor, bilingual communications, and sales and marketing in the hotel and airline industries.
Kevin Ching brings to ICONNBC Board as Vice Chair, experience as a Director of Business Development in financial planning, property management, marketing and feasibility studies for large scale business projects.
Phillip brings to the Board of Directors a wealth of knowledge in real estate development and related services. He is the founder and principle owner of Great Wall Building Ltd. His company offers construction services of custom-built homes, town homes, low-rise condominiums, commercial buildings, rezoning applications, and renovations.
Chris's background in finance is a valuable asset to the Board. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UBC and a wealth of experience in retail, manufacturing, accounting systems planning, and system migration projects, Chris brings a diverse range of skills and knowledge to ICONNBC.

Florence brings to the Board of Directors a wealth of business and advisory experience in finance, marketing, public relations, and human resources. Florence is currently an associate producer of two national TV shows; and a senior advisor to Intelli Group. Prior to this, Florence held other positions in North America as the President of Chamber of Commerce, and Director of HR & Administration.

First elected in 1991, Linda is the longest serving MLA in parliament serving as Speaker of Legislative Assembly and serving on such committees as Minister of Advanced Education, Minister Early Childhood Development and currently serves as the Opposition Critic for Senior Care. Linda also volunteers as Chair BC & Alberta Guide Dogs and Director Chinatown Lions Club.

Christopher brings a wealth of experience to ICONNBC as a licensed lawyer in British Columbia, Canada; State of Illinois and Missouri, United States, and also as a Certified Public Tax Accountant (non-practicing). Christopher is also the founder of 606 Essex Chambers, located in Burnaby, BC.

Richie is an asset as a legal advisor to the Board of Directors. He is a member of the BC Law Society and a corporate lawyer with a diverse area of practice. He advises and assists in structuring corporate and commercial transactions in areas of real estate, finance, aviation, media, and technology. Richie sits on various board committees for business associations and non-profit organizations.

Simon is a key member as a financial advisor to the Board of Directors. He is a CPA with several years of experience as a Director of Finance in a Vancouver-based real estate development group. Prior to this, Simon spent several years as a senior accountant in a large accounting firm and then moved to a Chief Financial Officer position with a Financial Group.

Eric brings to the Board of Directors the following experience. He has been involved in. cancer research for almost a decade and immunogenomics for the last 2 years. Eric has also served as School Trustee from 2011 to 2019 and from 2008-2011 served as President of Richmond District Parents Association.
